  Call for an appointment!

You MUST REGISTER before the first day of camp !

We will be scheduling assessments every 30 minutes.

TO SAVE TIME PLEASE DOWNLOAD  AND FILL OUT PAPER WORK  BEFORE YOUR  ASSESSMENT!

WE WILL NEED TO ASSESS YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, BODYFAT, MEASURMENTS, AND YOUR WEIGHT, SO PLEASE WEAR LOOSE FITTING / COMFORTABLE CLOTHING.  BE SURE TO BRING YOUR COMPLETED MEDICAL QUESTIONAIRE TO YOUR PRE-CAMP EVALUATION.  PLEASE CALL 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE OF CAMP BEGINNING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL YOU'VE BEEN ASSESSED.
